An apparatus for removing moisture of a raw material is provided to store and transfer the raw material and fuel smoothly by preventing stuck of the raw material and the fuel with an electroosmosis method. An apparatus for removing moisture of a raw material comprises the followings: a storing bin(10) storing the raw material or fuel; an electrode(20) installed at one side of the storing bin; a well point pipe(30) installed at the other side of the storing bin; a water collecting header(40) extended to the well point pipe; and a power source(50) applying electricity into the electrode and the well point pipe.
