The surface mount LED lamp attached to the first side with the LED heat sink located adjacent to the opening on the first side. The LED lighting device further includes a fixture configured to hold the printed circuit board and position a metallic heat sink having a protrusion on the second side of the printed circuit board with the protrusion passing through the opening and contacting the LED heat sink. |
