An embodiment of the present invention relates to a pad holder which is connected a robot arm and conveys a pad-shaped item by using vacuum attachment. The pad holder may include: a body in which an air flow path is formed; a first connecting opening which is connected to the air flow path in the body; an attachment unit which is connected to the air flow path in the body and formed at the end opposite to the first connecting opening; an air intake placed at the center of the attachment unit; a connecting unit which is placed between the first connecting opening of the body and the air intake and has at least one second connecting opening formed on the side wall of the connecting unit; a fastening member which is placed above the connecting unit with an inserted elastic member and bolted to the robot arm; a sealing member which is combined with any one among the first connecting opening and the second connecting opening to shut off inflow of external air; and a hose connecting member which is combined with any one among the first connecting opening and the second connecting opening, takes in the external air via the air intake to generate negative pressure on the air intake side and is configured to enable the attachment unit to stick to a pad. |
