PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture detection system capable of suppressing the complication of a device, in the moisture detection system in which a moisture detection element and a determination circuit are separately disposed; and an electric power steering device.SOLUTION: A moisture detection device is equipped with a transmission side unit 30 which is provided in a gear housing 3 of an electric power steering device 1, and has a moisture detection element; and a reception side unit 31 which is provided in an ECU housing 16 and has a determination circuit. The transmission side unit 30 wirelessly transmits an output signal of the moisture detection element, and the reception side unit 31 receives the output signal wirelessly transmitted from the transmission side unit 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
