PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device for reducing performance deterioration of a vibration in a frequency temperature characteristic or the like.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 10 includes: a vibration piece 20 having a first connection terminal 25 and a second connection terminal 26 on the lower surface 23 of a crystal substrate 21; a bottom plate 31 having a first connection part 45 and a second connection part 46 on the upper surface 42; a first metal projection 35 which is connected to the first connection terminals 25 and the first connection part 45; and a second metal projection 36 which is connected to the second connection terminal 26 and the second connection part 46. A distance L between a first center 58 which is the center of a height H of the first metal projection part 35 and a surface connected to the first connection terminal 25 of the first metal projection 35, and a second center 59 which is the center of the surface connected to a second connection terminal 26 of the second metal projection 36 satisfies a relation of 0.075≤H/L≤0.3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
