The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for lip tattooing which not only has excellent color formation and good durability, but also has good moisturizing effects. Further, the present invention relates to a method of preparing a cosmetic composition for lip tattooing, which enables such a cosmetic composition for lip tattooing to be prepared through a simpler process. A method of preparing a cosmetic composition for lip tattooing according to the present invention comprises: process A of mixing glycerin with acid water at a temperature of 75 to 80C; process B of mixing polyvinyl alcohol with purified water at a temperature of 75 to 80C; process C of injecting the mixture passed through the process B into the mixture passed through the process A to mix the mixtures; and process D of injecting a preservative, a PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, ethanol, a coloring pigment, and incense into the mixture passed through the process C. Specifically, the cosmetic composition for lip tattooing comprises glycerin which is dissolved into acid water, and polyvinyl alcohol, a PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, ethanol, a coloring pigment, and incense which are dissolved into purified water. |
