PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit having flying capacitance.SOLUTION: A charge pump circuit 100 includes a boost charge pump circuit and a back charge pump circuit that share a flying capacitor CFLY. The boost pump circuit includes an input node 102 and an output node 108 of a boosted voltage, and the back charge pump circuit includes an input node 102 and an output node 110 of a divided voltage. In a charge pump in claim 3, the boosted voltage includes 2×Vin and the divided voltage includes Vin/2. Vin is an input voltage at the input node. The boost pump circuit further includes a first holding capacitor CHOLD1 that couples the output node of the boosted voltage to the ground. The back pump circuit further includes a second holding capacitor CHOLD2 that couples the output node of the divided voltage to the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
