LACTOBACILLUS RHAMNOSUS CBG-C14 STRAIN PRODUCING CONJUGATED LINOLEIC ACID AND USES THEREOF

The present invention relates to a Lactobacillus rhamnosus CBG-C14 strain producing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA); to a microorganism formulation for producing conjugated linoleic acid, a capsulated formulation, functional food, nutrient tonics, a composition for animal feed, and a pharmaceutical composition, comprising the strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient; and to a method for producing conjugated linoleic acid comprising a step of culturing the strain. The strain has excellent acid resistance, bile resistance, and antibiotic resistance.
