The present invention is applied to the field of computer networks. Provided are a method and device for obtaining an electronic transaction certificate, a multimedia player, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: displaying prompt information of a transaction target in a current advertisement; according to a purchase request corresponding to the prompt information, obtaining an electronic transaction certificate bound to the currently playing advertisement; outputting the electronic transaction certificate to a user. In the present invention, the user sends the purchase request regarding the transaction target corresponding to the currently playing advertisement, and obtains the electronic transaction certificate bound to the currently playing advertisement, so that the user performs order and payment operations on the transaction target of the currently playing advertisement on the basis of the electronic transaction certificate.
