PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a communication method for a multiplex polarization multiplex input/output system.SOLUTION: Among a plurality of blocks divided by a number of pieces along polarization direction of a transmission antenna, a single polarization pre-coding matrix is assigned to a diagonal block (S210), a zero matrix is assigned to remaining blocks that are not the diagonal blocks (S220), and matrices assigned respectively are coupled to generate a pre-coding matrix (S230). By selecting one row vector contained in the generated matrix, the pre-coding matrix is re-configured (S240), and by using the pre-coding matrix and rotational matrix, a rotational pre-coding matrix is generated (S250). Using the diagonal matrix, a phase of each element contained in a re-alignment matrix is adjusted (S260). |
