PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of generating and outputting a sinusoidal signal, using only a pair of a half-bridge circuit and a low pass filter, being operated by a power supply of single polarity. SOLUTION: An FET 9 and an FET 10 constituting a half-bridge circuit 8 are alternately made into conduction according to a level change of a rectangular wave signal of a duty ratio of 50% being output from an FM modulation circuit 1. The maximum amplitude of the rectangular wave signal appearing at an output terminal of the half-bridge circuit 8 is adjusted by an amplitude control circuit 13. By cutting a direct-current component of the rectangular wave signal using a capacitor 14, and filtering by use of a low pass filter 15, a sinusoidal signal having no offset component is output.
