PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal generating device which enables finding out clearly what has been adjusted, at a glance. SOLUTION: The video signal generating device is equipped with a digital video signal generator 2, means (16, 15, 14, and 7) of adjusting video through user operation of the digital video signal generator, storage means (7, 8, and 17 to 22) of storing parameters for video adjustment, when the video adjustment is performed; 1st acquiring means (7, 8) of acquiring the current parameters for video adjustment of the digital video signal generator; 2nd acquiring means (22, 9) of acquiring the parameters for video adjustment stored by the storage means; and a comparing means 10 of comparing the current parameters for video adjustment, acquired by the 1st means and the parameters for video adjustment acquired and stored by the 2nd acquiring means, and means (11, 12) of extracting the differences between the parameters compared by the comparing means.
