<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a paper document in a document information management system of a digital world by constructing the continuity/relevancy of information between the digital world such as a computer and the paper document, to materialize direct access to the digital world by using the paper document as a medium, and to achieve a hypertext using the paper document. <P>SOLUTION: A document information management system is provided with a hypertext preparing means (10) for preparing the hypertext, a file means (20) for storing a related information file, a medium sheet information preparing means (30) for preparing medium sheet information from the hypertext, a medium sheet output means (40) for outputting the medium sheet 201, a selection information applying means (50) for applying selection information, a reading means (60) for reading the selection information and the connection information from the medium sheet 201, retrieving means (70, 20) for retrieving the relevant information file, and an output means (80) for outputting the retrieved relevant information file 81. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
