PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen confectionery offerable through putting a liquid flavored food material in a container easy to handle and attaching to ice candy such as ice cream, and enabling an eater to arbitrarily extract from a container and pour on ice candy so as to taste together. SOLUTION: The frozen confectionery can be eaten by dishing up ice candy 3 such as ice cream on a container 2 having an opening 2a on the top, burying the lower part of a small container 4 having an opening on the top into the ice candy 3 to support, inserting into the small container the edge of a dropper 5 into which a liquid flavored food material 6 such as liqueur poured so as to raise and support, unifying the dropper 5 and the ice candy 3 while preventing ice candy from blocking the opening 5c of the edge of the dropper 5, and timely extracting the liquid flavored food material 6 from the dropper 5 and pouring on the ice candy 3.
