A light emitting diode structure is provided, which comprises a first substrate (21), a bonding layer (22) formed on the substrate (21), a first ohmic contact layer (23) formed on the bonding layer (22), stack layers (24) formed on the first ohmic contact layer (23), a first insulating layer (25) covering the exposed surface of the first ohmic layer (23) and the stack layers (24), and the first and the second conductive pad (26,27) formed in the first insulating layer (25) and electrical connected to one end of the first ohmic layer (23) and the stack layers (24) respectively. By depositing the first trench (291) and the second trench (34), it is convenient for LEDs to connect in series or in parallel, therefore can make the LEDs operate diversiform with single state under high voltage.
