The device (1) has a transmission unit e.g. endless screw (2) or cylindrical pinion, and two toothed wheels (4-1, 4-2) driven in rotation in same direction around a common rotational axis (A) based on a shifting angle. The wheels are separated by an intermediate space (E) and provided with teeth (6-1, 6-2) on their faces, where the teeth encircle the space. The unit extends in the space to co-operate with teeth of the wheels. The unit has a main axis (A') shifted with respect to a perpendicular axis to the rotational axis.
