The device has a basic device (10), at which application heads (14a, 14b) are alternatively connected via flexible wires (12a, 12b) for applying radiation of an LED, and a laser (16b) or a high-energy flash lamp on a skin (18), respectively. The LED emits narrow band radiation with a spectral width of less than 50 nanometer. The application heads comprise an optical unit for indicating radiation in a pre-determined sample and a scanner for inducing the radiation over the skin.
