<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a preview image which allows a user to intuitively and easily grasp both a page order and a front-side and backside relationship of each page image, relating to the print results of double-side printing. <P>SOLUTION: When the double-side printing is performed, a page of one page image formed on the front face of a recording material is specified. A first turn-over image, which indicates the state of tuning over a part of an uppermost recording material, from the state of stacking a plurality of recording materials obtained when the double-side printing based on printing data is performed by using the specified page as a top page, is displayed as a printing preview image. On the other hand, when the image of one or both (turn-over exposure region) of a region corresponding to the back face portion of the uppermost recording material and a region corresponding to the front face portion of the second recording material is a blank image, a second turn-over image glx, which indicates the status of the appearance of a discrimination image for determines whether or not the entire page image corresponding to the turn-over exposure region is the blank image, is displayed on the turn-over exposure region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
