<p>Provided is a user model processing device which uses an operation history to generate a model for predicting a transition of usage of a terminal device by a user. A usage cluster generation unit (111) generates a plurality of user groups (131) each formed by users having similar characteristic amounts indicating the characteristic of the usage calculated from the operation history information according to information on histories of operations performed by a plurality of first users. Operation history information on the operations performed by a plurality of second users on the terminal devices is divided into division sections of the operation history information. For each of the division sections, a usage transition model generation unit (112) performs an analysis to decide which of the usage characteristics of the user groups (131) is similar to the characteristic amount indicating the usage characteristic calculated from the operation history information and generates a usage transition model (141) expressing the transition relation of the user groups (131) according to the analysis result.</p> |
