The cold rolling method involves cleaning surface of the hot rolling titanium roll by method of alkaline bath and water explosion, and acid cleaning then feeding on a cold rolling machine. The cleaned titanium plate roll is put into annealing furnace, then fed the annealed titanium plate roll in cold rolling machine. The cold rolling titanium roll is cleaned and degrease using normal chemical alkali cleaning method then annealed again. The cold rolling process and annealing process are repeated.
