PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which carries out at least either one of power supply or communication with an external apparatus through a wire harness, and suppresses erroneous operation.SOLUTION: An ECU, which carries our at least either one of power supply or communication with an external apparatus through a wire harness, includes: a detection circuit 20 which detects voltage fluctuation generated when noise having a frequency near a resonance frequency decided by characteristic impedance between the wire harness and a network in the inside of the ECU is superimposed with the wire harness or the network in the inside of the ECU; and an impedance lowering circuit 30 which lowers the impedance of the network as protective action, on the basis of a level of the voltage fluctuation detected by the detection circuit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
