PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of freely expressing a "glaze feeling," etc. of natural wood by an injection molded article, improving a visual effect, and enhancing expressiveness, maintaining a surface smoothness, realizing a more variety of expressions, having high flexibility, and having excellent surface followability with the injection molded article at molding, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: There is prepared a main body 1a of a decorative sheet with a pattern of hatching-like grooves 6 composed of a parallel line group, a curved line group, or a combination thereof, with regard to a plane view shape, formed by cavities 8 in a transparent resin. An outermost surface of the decorative sheet is a smooth surface 5c. A base material sheet 2 is bonded at a rear side of the main body of the decorative sheet by an insert molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
