An actinic energy radiation-curable acrylic silicone resin composition comprising (i) a vinyl base polymer having the general formula (I): poly-[(A)a-co-(B)b-co-(C)c]  (I)wherein A, B and C are each independently a vinyl base monomer unit, the bracket and -co- indicate a random copolymer, a, b and c are indicative of a molar fraction, A is a vinyl base monomer having an alkoxysilyl group, a is such a number that monomer A accounts for 1 to 50% by weight of the entire polymer, B is a UV-absorbing vinyl base monomer, b is such a number that monomer B accounts for 5 to 40% by weight of the entire polymer, C is another monomer copolymerizable with the vinyl base monomers, c is such a number that monomer C accounts for {100-(monomer A content)-(monomer B content)} % by weight of the entire polymer, (ii) a hydrolytic condensate obtained from (co)hydrolytic condensation of at least one selected from an alkoxysilane and a partial hydrolyzate thereof, the alkoxysilane having the general formula (II): R1mR2nSi(OR3)4-m-n   (II)wherein R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen or a monovalent C1-C20 hydrocarbon group which may be unsubstituted or have a vinyl polymerizable group, two or more groups of R1 and R2 may bond together, R3 is C1-C3 alkyl, m and n each are 0 or 1, m+n is 0, 1 or 2, (iii) core/shell type tetragonal titanium oxide solid-solution microparticles each consisting of a core of tetragonal titanium oxide having tin and manganese incorporated in solid solution and a shell of silicon oxide around the core, wherein the cores have a volume basis 50% cumulative distribution diameter of up to 30 nm, the core/shell type microparticles have a volume basis 50% cumulative distribution diameter of up to 50 nm, as measured by the dynamic light scattering method, the amount of tin incorporated in solid solution is to provide a molar ratio of titanium to tin (Ti/Sn) of 10/1 to 1,000/1, and the amount of manganese incorporated in solid solution is to provide a molar ratio of titanium to manganese (Ti/Mn) of 10/1 to 1,000/1, (iv) a polycarbonate and/or polyester-based urethane-modified vinyl polymer excluding component (i), (v) a vinyl polymerizable monomer free of alkoxysilyl, which does not form a polymer and/or condensate prior to irradiation of actinic energy radiation and does not correspond to components (i) and (ii), (vi) a photopolymerization initiator, and (vii) a solvent, said composition comprising 100 parts by weight of component (i), 100 to 400 parts by weight of component (ii), 10 to 100 parts by weight of component (iii), 5 to 50 parts by weight of component (iv), and 200 to 1,000 parts by weight of component (v).
