FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method is described for production of filled polyurethanes, including interaction of hydroxyl-containing components with isocyanate in presence of target additives and solid filler using anti-jet supply of mixed components, differing by the fact that the solid filler is previously introduced into a reservoir or reservoirs with liquid component of polyurethane mixture, and after mixing before pulp formation under high pressure is supplied into the mixing chamber of the mixing unit, where counter flows are mixed, and the composite mixture is released. Also the installation is described to produce filled polyurethanes according to the method of the clause 1, which comprises the following components connected to each other into a process line: reservoirs for components, mixing elements, a mixing unit with a mixing chamber for preparation of the polyurethane composition, high pressure pumps, pipes and sleeves, differing by the fact that it comprises one or more hydraulic separators of media, at the same time outputs of reservoirs for components without a solid filler are connected to inputs of high pressure pumps, and outputs of reservoirs for components with presence of the solid filler are connected with hydraulic separators of media, outputs of high pressure pumps and hydraulic separators are connected to the mixing chamber, the installation is equipped with a hydraulic station of high pressure connected to the mixing unit.EFFECT: method implemented at the installation makes it possible to reduce dimensions of used equipment, to reduce its abrasive wear, to improve quality of mixing of initial components with simultaneous reduction of time of productive operation of the mixer, to eliminate the procedure of mixing device flushing and formation of wastes.7 cl, 5 dwg, 3 ex |
