1) A structural cylindrical/conical sidewall assembly addition to offshore oil well's sea-floor equipment installed around offshore oil wells sea-floor equipment to improve the structural integrity of the well to prevent problems associated with natural and/or human induced threats to the mechanical stability of the seabed equipment incorporating; an opened top cylindrical/conical sidewall structure installed around the well's sea-floor equipment wherein the bottom sidewalls are structurally connected to the seabed, the upper ends are is structurally connected to the seabed drilling equipment at or above the upper third of the said equipment, the sidewalls provide operational access to the seabed equipment and wherein the sidewalls are opened to the seawater pressure and do not contain pressurized gas/oil from the well.
