PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment settling system which enables a user to surely collect the money paid for a product when exercising a cooling-off right after the payment. SOLUTION: The user, after receiving the bill for the product from a maker and acknowledging the contents of the bill, pays (deposits) the money corresponding to the price of the product in the account of a construction union name of a financial institution. When the maker confirms the payment by the user from notice from the construction union, the product is delivered to a place that the user specifies and the user receives the delivered product. The construction union instructs the financial institution to transfer (repay) the money for the product from the account of the construction union name to the user when the user exercises the cooling-off right or transfer (pay) the money from the account of the construction union name to the maker when the user does not exercises the cooling-off right. |
