A method for administering medicaments in an organism through mucous tunic and/or skin comprises applying a medicament and an electrical field to the mucous tunic and/or skin surface in the administration area. The method is characterized in that the medicament administration area is primary treated with high-frequency spark discharge (d'Arsonval current) for 30-60 sec.
