CAM BLOCK DRIVE FOR A ZIG ZAG SEWING MACHINE

A cam block drive is intended for using in zig zag sawing machines, having a plurality of cams for producing zig zag-like decorative, special etc stitches and provides for increasing operation reliability. The drive is designed as a wavy tooth gearing with rigid links with conic wheels. A driven wheel made integrated with the cam block and a satellite wheel are mounted on the main shaft. Wherein the first wheel is mounted freely thereon, while the second by a spherical bushing and fixed against turn in the plane, perpendicular to the man shaft axis, but may perform oscillating motion relative to the spherical bushing center and oscillating motion relative to the holder axis arranged in the horizontal groove, made in the machine's farm. Oscillating motion are provided due to interacting of the satellite end face with the wave generator - face cam affixed on the main shaft.
