<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a septic tank imparting an excellent adhesion and a joint characteristic to an adhesion part even if sanding processing which is a conventional method is not carried out when the septic tank is produced by a RIM method of a norbornene resin, and to obtain a further excellent adhesion and the joint characteristic using the sanding processing together. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the septic tank comprises when each norbornene resin molding is bonded and joined together with an adhesive by the reaction injection molding method, after the following treatment (a) or/and (b) are carried out to a bonded and joined surface, the bonding and joining are carried out by providing at least the adhesive to the face to be cleaned to: (a) a cleaning process 1 of cleaning by a solvent impregnation tool impregnated with a cleaning solvent and a cleaning process 2 of wiping to remove before the cleaning solvent swept out from the solvent impregnation tool is evaporated are carried out within 8 hours after the norbornene resin molding is molded, and (b) treatment of spraying a hot wind is carried out such that the surface temperature ranges from 60 to 80°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
