<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of secret information as a management object in a secret information management system. <P>SOLUTION: This secret information management system is provided with an identification information storage device storing secret information in association with information showing whether the secret information is a management object or not, an information storage part electromagnetically storing the identification information for the secret information stored in the identification information storage device in a medium, a printer having a document print part printing the secret information on the medium for creating a document, a document reading part reading the secret information printed in the document, a document reader having an information reading part reading the identification information stored in the document, and a management device determining whether the secret information is the management object or not in the identification information storage device based on the identification information read by the information reading part in the document reader for outputting the determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
