The device has an electromechanical transducer (7), e.g. piezoelectric unit, for initiating the forces into a multi layer structure (3), where the transducer is dimensioned as an actuator. The structure and the transducer are translucent or transparent. The transducer is designed as a sensor for acquiring the vibration of the structure. The transducer and/or the connecting parts of the foil are sputtered or pressed on the structure. An independent claim is included for use of the active/passive vibration influencing device for vibration regulation, sound production and sound reduction.
