<p>In an assembling object/component mounting pallet (1) used for mounting an assembling object (semi-finished product) (2) and a plurality of assembling components (3a-3e) when a small precision product is assembled, mounting position of the assembling object (2) on the mounting pallet (1) and mounting position of the assembling components (3a-3e) on the mounting pallet (1) have such a relationship that the mounting position of a predetermined assembling component (any one of the assembling components (3a-3e)), to be attached at a present attaching position set on the assembling object (2), on the mounting pallet (1) is located, with respect to the attaching position, on a line directed in a direction to pass the preset attaching position on the plan view. When the assembling component is attached to the assembling object, the moving mechanism of an assembling apparatus is minimized, the structure of the assembling equipment is simplified, facility cost is reduced, assemblage accuracy is enhanced by reducing mechanical error, and work efficiency is enhanced by shortening the time required for transferring the assembling component.</p> |
