A centralized parking control system is provided to raise security level of the control system by allocating separate passwords for the parking control system and a central server. A parking control system(100) includes an incoming image camera(12), an outgoing image camera(14), an image analyzer(16), a fare calculator(18), and a parking management computer(20). The image analyzer analyzes the image from the outgoing image camera. The fare calculator includes a USB(Universal Serial Bus) camera, a scanner, a voice guiding unit, and a monitor. The parking control computer controls respective local units and collects and manages incoming and outgoing information. A central control computer(30) is connected to the parking management system through a wireless or wireline communication network, and collects and records the incoming and outgoing information, the fare, and various data. A parking control software is configured, such that plural different passwords are allocated based on the rank of an operator. |
