A vessel for cosmetics is provided to allow a user to see his/her face easily and correctly to perform a smooth makeup, and to achieve a convenient carrying and usage. A vessel for cosmetics includes: a main body(10), having a receiving space(11) for receiving the cosmetics; and a cover member(20), having a swiveling plate(25) and a swiveling frame(23) which has more than one swiveling hole for supporting the swiveling motion of the swiveling plate, and which is arranged around the swiveling plate and located at one side of the main body so as to be swiveled in a direction that the receiving space is opened or closed; and an auxiliary receiving member(13), mounted on the main body so as to cover the receiving space selectively. The swiveling plate comprises: a slider(30) reciprocating toward the swiveling hole according to the swiveling motion of the swiveling plate; and an elastic member, connected to the slider so as to support the going and returning motion of the latter.
