A service system for manufacturing a cartoon and a service method thereof, a lecturing service system using a cartoon, and a method thereof are provided to express original personality or scenario of a user through a cartoon and manufacture contents of information to be transmitted to other people in a lecture type cartoon, thereby drawing people's interest. A database server(104) classifies fields including characters, properties, backgrounds, and photographs, and subdivides various kinds of images to save images corresponding to each field. An image compounding server(106) provides a selection menu to terminals(10) of customers connected through the Internet(20) to select at least one of the various kinds of images saved on the database server, and compounds the selected images in a cartoon. An image converting server(108) selects at least one of the compounded images and provides an image conversion tool to enable size conversion, location conversion, bilateral symmetry conversion, vertical symmetry conversion, and rotation conversion. A personal page managing server(110) provides and manages a personal page corresponding to identifiers of the customers, and puts the compounded or converted cartoon on the personal page.
