An egg tray, an egg tray fixer, and an egg processing method using the same are provided to dry eggs quickly before packing and to shorten the work time in cleaning, sterilizing, half-boiling, and fully boiling the eggs. An egg tray fixer is composed of first members arranged at the lower part and lateral sides of stacked egg trays and provided with hanging units formed at one side of the upper part and a second member hinge-combined with the first member, arranged at the upper part of the stacked egg trays, and fitted to the hanging units to fix the stacked egg trays. An egg tray comprises plural block units(1) aligned at regular intervals and plural support units protruded opposite to the arrangement direction of the block units. The block unit has an inclined plane(1a) protruded to form the lateral sides and plural egg insertion holes(1b) bored through the inclined plane.
