<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus allowing start-up by generated power of a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: A cellphone has: a battery 101 generating a prescribed voltage by stored power; the solar battery 102 generating a prescribed voltage by irradiation of light; a voltage comparator 103 comparing the voltages of the battery 101 and the solar battery 102; and a clock control part 104 using a clock of a frequency nearly equal to a frequency of the clock used in a boot state that is a state wherein an operation system of one's own machine is started when the voltage of the solar battery 102 is the voltage or above of the battery 101 as a result of the comparison of the voltage comparator 103 as a clock for performing processing after starting the operation system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
