<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary consumption of the capacity of an auxiliary battery. <P>SOLUTION: This on-vehicle emergency notification device 1 switches the feeding source of operating power from a battery 16 of a vehicle to the auxiliary battery 17 only when a pre-crush safety ECU 20 determines the potential of a vehicle crush, that is, there is a potential for the vehicle to be collided from this time and for emergency notification operation to be performed.
