<p>Provided is a heating and cooling air conditioner which can realize outdoor-air cooling in addition to indoor cooling, heating, and ventilating. The heating and cooling air conditioner can implement main bodies having separated air supply, air exhaust, and air mixing functions in a packaged structure to supply fresh air to an indoor side, maintain a constant temperature at any part by completely mixing the indoor-air with the outdoor-air before the air is supplied to a front portion of a heat exchanger, be easily installed and transported at any indoor or outdoor position without spatial limitations due to the packaged structure of the main body so as to be easily treated, managed, and repaired, and includes a machine room including a compressor or the like as an additional independent chamber to be supplied with the indoor-air at the constant temperature so as to implement an optimal machine room operating environment, thereby maximizing the compressor efficiency.</p> |
