PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit configuration capable of detecting failure, when excitation frequency of a resolver or control frequency of a motor electrifying control is changed and also a circuit configuration capable of detecting failure, when an AD converter implementing AD conversion of the data used for angle detection of the resolver develops trouble. SOLUTION: A functional capability is added to an AD converter implementing AD conversion of the data used for computing angles which compares an AD-converted value by inputting the analog voltage signal a first CPU controls with the control value of the first CPU. Also, another functional capability monitoring excitation frequency is added through a circuit operated by a source of clock different from a source of clock as the basis of excitation signal.
