PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a plurality of operations while reducing the number of gas lines in a refrigerating device comprising a refrigerant circuit connected with an air-conditioning heat exchanger for indoor cooling/heating, and a cooling heat exchanger for cooling the inside of the refrigerating device. SOLUTION: The refrigerant circuit 11 of this refrigerating device is provided with a main refrigerant circuit 11a and a sub-refrigerant circuit 15. In this refrigerating device, a first operation where the refrigerant compressed by a first compressor 21 is condensed by a heat source-side heat exchanger 22, and divided to the air-conditioning heat exchanger 42 and the cooling heat exchanger 52, and the refrigerant evaporated by the air-conditioning heat exchanger 42, and the refrigerant evaporated at a different temperature by the cooling heat exchanger 52 and compressed by a second compressor 53 are joined and returned to the first compressor 21, and a second operation where the refrigerant compressed by the second compressor 53 in a state of stopping the first compressor 21 is condensed by the air-conditioning heat exchanger 42, then evaporated by the cooling heat exchanger 52, and returned to the second compressor 53, are selectively switched.
