METHOD OF THREE-ZONE SIMULATED MOVING BED PROCESS USING PARTIAL RECYCLE

A method for process of a three-zone simulated moving bed using partial recycle is provided to improve operation of a conventional three-zone simulated moving bed process by increasing purity and concentration of a target product and reducing consumption of a movement phase. A method for process of a three-zone simulated moving bed using partial recycle comprises the following steps of: discharging a material having strong adhesion in an extract eluting port after injecting an eluted solution; detaching the material having weak adhesion with the eluted solution; adsorbing the material having strong adhesion on a fixed phase in a region 3; discharging the material having weak adhesion in an extraction residue eluting port; and recirculating remained movement phase.
