<p>Provided is a highly flame-retardant resin molding wherein a halogen-free flame retardant is used. In the flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate-based resin composition, from 5 to 70 parts by weight of (B) metal phosphinate are compounded per 100 parts by weight of (A) polybutylene terephthalate-based resin having a glass transition temperature measured by the dynamic viscoelasticity method of 0 to 75°C.</p>
