The present invention relates to a platform operating system and a method for ordering a project and developing a component of the project. The platform operating system comprises: a project orderer terminal which orders a content development project online; a component developer terminal which generates and uploads the component of the corresponding content by participating in the content development project ordered in the project orderer terminal; a platform server which posts the content development project ordered in the project orderer terminal online, receives the participation of a component developer, stores the component of the corresponding content uploaded in the developer terminal, and simulates/authenticates the corresponding content by using the component of the stored corresponding content; and a platform operating server which enables the component developer terminal to provide the component authenticated in the platform server to the project orderer terminal, enables a project orderer to provide costs for component development of the component developer, and enables a platform operator to receive a predetermined rate of development costs as operating costs. The present invention is provided to enable the project orderer to order the project and post the project online through the platform server and the platform operating server; and enable unspecific developers to develop the component by participating in the project, thereby enabling the project orderer to complete a specialized project without limiting manpower or time; and generating profits of developers through the component development. |
