a polymeric substrate having a first bore and a second bore which intersect at a junction, the first bore having a first tapered capillary tip extending from a first end thereof, and a second tapered capillary tip extending from a second end thereof, wherein the junction is at a position between the first tapered capillary tip and the second tapered capillary tip such that a solvent introduced into the second bore flows through the junction into the first bore. |
