PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle in which, pressing and fixation are easily released, even when a belt is pressed and fixed to the buckle tightly, and an on-vehicle air cleaner.SOLUTION: A buckle base (21) comprises a hole part (21a) which can release pressing of a belt pressing part (23a) to an attachment belt (19), by pressing a buckle lever (23) which presses the attachment belt (19) at the belt pressing part (23a) and inhibits movement of the attachment belt (19), from a rear side of the buckle base (21), and rotating the buckle lever (23).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
