PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member that includes a surface layer capable of sufficiently suppressing bleeding of an ion conductive agent.SOLUTION: A conductive member R is used for an image forming apparatus of an electrophotographic system. The conductive member R includes a surface layer 1. The surface layer 1 includes a crosslinked body having a portion derived from (A), portion derived from (B), and portion derived from (C) in its molecular structure.
