PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of lack of confirmation of whether the measuring means is in a state capable of normally measuring or not, a problem of requirements for installation and connection of a device to be measured, and a problem of lack of consideration of whether fluctuation of measured values converges or not in connection with determination of completion of warm-up.SOLUTION: An apparatus includes: signal outputting means for outputting a prescribed signal; measuring means for measuring the level of the signal at prescribed time intervals; and measured value processing means for determining completion of warm-up on the basis of an index of a variation degree in the measured value measured at the prescribed time intervals to output a determination result. |
