PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead wire inspection device capable of reliably getting over a torsion preventing damper or the like.SOLUTION: An overhead wire inspection device 10 includes a pair of separated drive wheels 1 and 1, a motor 1m for driving the drive wheel 1, and a frame 2 formed as a frame. The drive wheel 1 has an annular rubber tire 11 fitted to an outer periphery of a rim 11r. The rubber tire 11 is provided with, on its outer periphery, a groove 111 formed with a gently curved surface in hyperbolic shape. Further, the rubber tire 11 has, on its outer peripheral surface, a continuous band-like rough part 12. The rough part 12 extends in the direction diagonally across the direction in which a power line W extends. Further, the rough part 12 is closed in the shape of V-like such that an apex is formed from an outer edge of the rubber tire 11 toward a central part. Therefore, a friction resistance on a tread of the rubber tire 11 is improved, and the rubber tire 11 can reliably get over a torsion preventing damper 6 provided on the power line W or the like. |
