PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic information transmission device, central device, traffic information transmission system and traffic information transmission program that allow a simple configuration to transmit information about a state of an object device.SOLUTION: A traffic information transmission device transmitting traffic information to a central device comprises: a state signal reception unit that receives a state signal indicative of a state of an object device; and a conversion signal output unit that outputs a conversion signal corresponding to a state of the object device indicated by the state signal received by the state signal reception unit among a plurality of categories of conversion signals corresponding to each of a plurality of states of the object devices, in which at least one of the plurality of categories of conversion signals is a pulse signal. The traffic information transmission device further comprises: a conversion signal processing unit that counts a pulse of the conversion signal output from the conversion signal output unit; and a traffic information preparation unit that notifies the central device of a count result by the conversion signal processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
